All Seeds are considered HEMP Seeds by law. Every seed contains less than 0.3% THC per DEA/Federal Regulation. We encourage all customers to follow the rules set forth by their County, State/Province, and local municipalities. We take no responsibility if they are used in any fashion that can be considered illicit or illegal. All sales are final.
